In fulfilment of his promise to reward the athletes who excelled during the recently held 2021 Oba Kabir Shotobi Mini-marathon in Ikorodu, Lagos State, southwest Nigeria, the Diector General, Lagos State Sports commission (LSSC), Oluwatoyin Gafaar, has presented prizes to Odufolakun Rebecca, Sarumi Rasak and Akanbi Muslimot for their stellar performance at the event.
The prizes comprise school bags, track suits,pair of trainers (each), and two pair of socks (each) for the budding long distance runners.
The trio of Rebecca, Rasak and Muslimot put up a sterling heroic performances above other runners that participated in the annual mini-marathon to emerge as champions.
